This is my PvP Fire elementalist build.

Feel free to change Fire Storm for attunement if you think your going to be in any paticularly long battles.

with EW up
Chain Burn Renewal -> Rodgorts -> Incidenary Bonds -> Meteor -> Rodgorts.

How's your success gone with that build? With such long casting spells all I can see is you getting KD/Distracted/Interrupted, etc...

I havent really had any trouble to be honest. I used to take glyph of concentration but never had to use it. Most people don't even notice me sitting their casting since their used to lightning eles.

Hmmm, maybe its just my chars then. I have a shock war, a distract ranger, interrupt mesmer and a shock/kd assasin.

As a for instance, unless you had a monk with you, my shock/kd assasin would have you killed in one combo and you'd not be able to cast a single spell.

In my experience, i'd leave those long cast spells out for pvp.

Linkusmax: you take that into PvP? Random arena?

My experience is like Puppyfats: IME any spell which takes longer than one second to cast is better left out of the skillbar.
